I am a Certified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance RYT200 and received my training from HeartWork Studio in Northfield, MN. I am also certified in Yoga Calm for Kids, Prenatal Yoga, Yin and Barre. I have been practicing yoga for 8 years now. When I began practicing yoga it was just another form of exercise. Not until last year did I realize how much more yoga can be. After struggling with anxiety I turned to yoga. Yoga has lessened my anxiety more than I thought possible. I want to share with others how much yoga can benefit them, for whatever reason they are practicing.
Hi, my name is Stephanie Hanson! I fell in love with group fitness when I started attending classes over 8 years ago. I began teaching Zumba about 7 years ago, and since then I have added Yoga, Barre, PiYo, Bootcamp, Cycling, Strength and Turbo Kick to my classes. I hold my 200RYT Yoga Certification, and also have my Group Exercise, Zumba, PiYo, Barre, Turbo Kick and Cycling certifications. I am a member of Yoga Alliance, a Pro-Team Member, and a ZIN member. I love helping people work towards their goals and having fun during the process. My goal is to make fitness fun for everyone!
Hi yogis! My name is Katie Sollid. I started practicing yoga about 6 years ago on a regular basis. I've struggled with lower back issues and yoga has helped to heal me, in more ways then I can mention. I am a registered Yoga Alliance Certified 200RYT through Devanadi School of Yoga and I've completed intensive workshops in Barre, Yoga Sculpt, Yin, Hot Yoga and other yoga related workshops. I am currently working on my RYT500 Training. I'm also a certified Group Fitness Instructor through NETA. I have been teaching fitness classes for 7 years. In Junior High I went to my first yoga class and fell in love! After graduation, I attended Devanadi Yoga School of Yoga and Wellness for my 500-hour RYT certification. Being a lifelong student of yoga, wellness and life gives me the opportunity to share those things with others!
My name is Ashley Steinberg Thon, and I have been boxing for 5 years now. I remember my first boxing class and how nervous I was to try this sport. Now, I cannot imagine my life without it! Boxing is an excellent workout that allows for great stress relief all while learning a skill that will keep you in shape. Boxing has helped me address my anxiety as well as give me confidence in and out of class. I have my group fitness class certification and I cannot wait to share my knowledge with those interested in learning more!
As many yoga students do, Aubree first discovered yoga as she followed along with a DVD in her living room. Upon entering her first class in a yoga studio, Aubree felt completely at home and knew that she would someday be leading a class of her own. Over 15 years after watching that first DVD, Aubree has completed a 200-hour teacher training program and continues to learn every day. For Aubree, yoga is a place where she can take care of her body, remind herself to breathe, and balance her life as an engineer. She believes that yoga is a journey accessible to every body and looks forward to guiding you through your practice.
My name is Carol Belmore. I have been coming to Zumba for years because I love it, and when the opportunity to teach Zumba presented itself I was all for it! I work at Owatonna Middle School as the school social worker. My husband Doug and I live in Owatonna. I love being a grandma to my 7 grandchildren.
My name is Courtney Sill, but you may also know me as the "Energizer Bunny" (no batteres included ;) ). That's because even though I am a small gal, I am jam packed with long lasting power, energy and enthusiasm. Pretty great deal if you ask me. I recently moved to Owatonna last spring, but I am not too far from home. I grew up on the Mississippi River in Wabasha, MN, where I could burn off my energy all year long with fishing, swimming, and ice skating. I graduated from Minnesota State University in Mankato last spring with a degree in Exercise Science and I have been teaching several classes around the area since. If you like trying new things and appreciate the small successes in each day, then come visit me in class because I promise we will do both of these things and have a blast!

My husband and I recently moved back to Owatonna after living in Fargo, ND for four years. We have a daughter named Brielle. I enjoy the outdoors, tennis, volleyball, music, dancing, and summertime.
Hi! My name is Krista Krogh, I'm 23 years old and I've been practicing yoga consistently for 7 months. Yoga has impacted my life both mentally and physically within this short time frame. I'm planning on going to school this summer to become a RYT200. I've completed several intensive workshop trainings for Yin and Vinyasa. I'm very excited about teaching!
My name is Linde Wolff. I live south of Owatonna with my husband Scott and 2 daughters, Emma and Annabelle. I enjoy sports and spend the majority of my spare time watching my daughters’ teams or playing volleyball and softball. I have been a fitness instructor since 2011, teaching Zumba, Boxing, and Turbo Kick. My favorite thing about being an instructor is the people. I have a lot of friends that I have met here and really love the feeling of community that the studio offers.
I’m Melissa (Oberle) Peterson. I’ve lived in Owatonna for over 10 years, and I am a native to Owatonna. Exercise & health have always been a huge part of my life starting in high school as a 3 sport athlete. I am married to Michael Peterson, a Chiropractor and owner of Balanced Healthcare Centers. We have two boys that keep us very busy with multiple sports every season. My boys call me “the food freak” on a regular basis. In the past I taught cardio and strength classes. Currently you’ll mostly see me subbing for Zumba and Barre. I am also a HUGE Yoga fan, it’s so good for your mind, body and soul!
My name is Molly Titchenal and I have been teaching fitness classes since 2010. I have my personal training certification and am certified in Cycling, PiYo and hold my 200 RYT (yoga training). I often get asked what my favorite class is to teach and my response is always that there isn't a particular format I like best but the energy of the class that makes it great! I am mom to two boys, William and Jack, and have been married to my husband Eric since 1998. I also enjoy running, reading and traveling.
My name is Nicole Fabian. I teach Cycling. I absolutely fell in love with cycling classes and decided to get my certification. I like to do workouts that burn max calories in minimum time, so you can fit them around your busy lifestyle and work commitments. I love to teach! I previously taught Zumba and Bootcamp. When I'm not teaching a fitness class you can usually find me in an elementary classroom. I am also a huge Rachel Hollis fan so you may hear a quote or two during my classes! Let's take a spin!
