Just Breathe!
We wanted to update you about the status of Sollid Studios. While the Governor is allowing group fitness classes to resume on January 4, there are still significant restrictions. Not only are masks required the entire time you are there (including during class), there are additional social distance spacing requirements and limits on the number of people allowed in the building. With those requirements, we would only be allowed to have 3-4 people in class. Unfortunately, it is better for all of us if we continue with all virtual classes until these restrictions are lifted. We are hopeful that in the coming weeks we will be able to return in person. Until then, we look forward to seeing you all virtually! We will be offering our full schedule of yoga, cycling and fitness classes virtually.
All memberships will continue to have access to all 29 virtual classes offered per week. Dynamic Members and Pay In Full Members will be getting a free yoga and fitness class sent to their email per week to do at their convenience. We appreciate your patience and participation as we continue virtually!
We are so grateful for all of you who help keep things going at the studio. Thank you for your support, and thank you for helping to keep everyone safe! If you have any questions, or concerns please feel free to call, email or Facebook message us.
Love,
Katie Sollid, Stephanie Hanson, Katie Berg
General Guidelines
1. Per CDC Guidelines and 25% occupancy of our building, we will have no more than 17 people plus the instructor at a time inside. Up to 50 individuals may gather outdoors for classes. There will be a minimum of 6 feet of distance between each individual at all times.
2. Everyone entering the building will be screened for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 prior to class. Screening includes a temperature check. Any person with positive symptoms reported will not be allowed to take part in class and should contact his or her primary care provider or other appropriate health-care professional.
3. Everyone will be required to use hand sanitizer upon entering the building, and this will be provided by Sollid Studios.
4. As of July 25, 2020, people in Minnesota are required to wear a face covering in all public indoor spaces and businesses, per Executive Order 20-81. Additionally, the Executive Order requires workers to wear a face covering when working outdoors in situations where social distancing cannot be maintained. The Executive Order includes exemptions for people who are unable to wear or tolerate a face covering due to medical or mental health conditions or other reasons. There are also situations in which a face covering may be temporarily removed, provided that social distancing is maintained between members of different parties. Individuals may temporarily remove their face covering when exercising in our indoor classes while the level of exertion makes it difficult to wear a face covering, providing that at least 6 feet of physical distance is maintained between people who are not in the same household.
5. Vulnerable individuals should not come to live classes.
6. Everyone will bring their own mat, equipment, water bottle, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray. Water bottles must not be shared. Water fountains will not be available.
7. Sollid Studios will ensure there is a minimum of 30 minutes between classes to minimize the number of people in the building and to properly disinfect the space.
8. There will be visual marks on the floor indicating 6 feet of social distancing space.
Indoor Class Procedure
1. You must sign up in advance for all live classes, both indoor and outside, so we can properly plan for adequate social distancing. No walk-ins will be allowed.
2. At this time, our classes are reserved for our Dynamic or Select members and punchcard holders only.
3. When you arrive for class, please maintain social distancing with other members as you enter the building. Doors will be opened 10 minutes before class begins.
4. Masks are required to enter the building. Please keep your mask on at all times until you reach your mat/bike/spot for class. For Cycling, you may remove your mask when you are seated on your bike. For all other classes, you may remove your mask when the instructor directs you to do so.
5. Upon entering the building, please check in with the instructor right away for your temperature and health screening.
6. Upon entering the classroom please use hand sanitizer, which will be provided.
7. Once in the room, please remain on your bike/mat until class is finished.
8. After class is finished, please put your mask back on and then use the disinfecting wipes provided to wipe down your entire bike/mat and the surrounding area.

Hello Sollid Studio Friends,
Starting next week, we will begin to have some indoor classes. With bringing classes indoor, we will be removing some virtual classes from the schedule, but not all. There is a schedule attached that shows you if the class is indoor, virtual or both. Because of social distancing guidelines, there will be a few stipulations with our classes:
1) Class sizes will be limited to 8 members (year in full, monthly, and punch cards). If you can't get into the class please message us, so if someone can't make it we can sign you up, or get you on the list for the following week.
2) When you sign up in Mindbody you will know the class is indoor if it has just the class name, and if there is a VIRTUAL class, it will say virtual in front of it.
3) No daycare will be provided.
4) No heated classes.
5) No props or towels provided. Please bring your own towel, and weights if needed for class.
6) No fans will be blowing.
7) The water machine is unavailable, please bring your own water.
8) We will have an additional COVID-19 waiver for you to fill out.
You must sign up in advance for Yoga/Fitness classes. If you register for Yoga/Fitness class and are unable to attend, please be sure to cancel your spot at least 2 hours in advance. At this time, our Yoga/Fitness is reserved for our Year in Full, Dynamic or Select Yoga/Fitness members and punch card holders only.
1. When you arrive for class, please maintain social distancing with other members as you enter the building. Doors will be opened 10 minutes before class begins.
2. Please check in with the instructor right away for your temperature and health screening.
3. All classes will be held in the Yoga room, upon entering the Yoga room please use hand sanitizer, which will be provided.
4. Please put the top of your yoga mat on a blue X, if no mat is needed please stand on a blue X. These X's are spaced out 6 feet+ apart.
5. After class is finished, please use the disinfecting wipes provided to wipe down your entire area.
6. Upon leaving the room, please use hand sanitizer again.
7. Please enjoy any conversations you’d like to have with others outside 😊
It is imperative that we follow these rules in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. We will also be cleaning the surfaces throughout the building after each class for additional protection. As always if you are feeling sick please stay home, and we as instructors will do the same thing!
Thank you,
Katie Sollid, Stephanie Hanson, Katie Berg
CYCLING IS BACK!
We are excited to announce that Cycling is back! Effective 6/15, we have added 6 Cycling classes per week, and we can have 8 people in each class per social distancing rules. For now, we will only be bringing Cycling indoors. The cleaning requirements only permit us to add a certain number of classes indoors at this time.
However, we will be adding several more outdoor classes with a max of 25 people instead of 10! In case of inclement weather during our outdoor classes we will let you know 60 minutes prior to class and will include everyone registered in the virtual link. In the schedule above, Cycling classes are in blue, outdoor/virtual classes are in yellow, and virtual only classes are in white.
We will not provide any equipment or mats for our classes, so please bring your own. If you are interested in renting weights that you can bring back and forth with you, that is available through us for $5. Also, please bring your own water, towel, sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray. We look forward to seeing you!
