Boxing is considered one of the best exercises for stamina, breathing, and hand/eye coordination. Boxing will engage your body, mind and spirit by channeling the fundamentals of a boxer’s workout, adding in a little sweat and a lot of fun. You will be working your full body in every boxing class by throwing the four basic punches (jab, cross, hook and uppercut) in combinations called out by the coach. Best of all it's a great workout for any age, skill or fitness level.
