Kids ages 4-11 are welcome in this yoga class for kids. They will learn yoga poses, relaxation techniques and play games. Yoga will give kids practice integrating physical, mental and emotional development. Yoga is very useful for kids with anxiety or attention deficit disorders.
Parents/Caregivers/Grandparents and toddler ages 18 months - 3 years. Toddlers and caregivers will engage in yoga postures, song and games together. They will build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Both caregivers and children will learn breath control and how to use the breath to manage emotions.
Take time to bond with your baby during a gentle yoga practice. Moms and babes six weeks to a year old are welcome. During this class you will not only meet other moms and babies in the community but you will breathe, dance and sing with your baby. All levels are welcome.
